Subscriptions (fross Plus / fross Pro): Cancel anytime. Billing stops immediately — no charge for the remaining period. No partial-month refund is issued for time already used, but no future charge occurs after cancellation. One-time add-on/template purchases: Refundable within 24 hours of purchase only if the template has not been added or used in your logs. Once added or used, the purchase is final. Free trials: No charge occurs until the trial ends; cancelling during the trial results in no charge and no refund is needed. Renewal notices are sent at least 3 days before any renewal charge.
